- Born in Hanover in 1957
- 1957 to 1964 grew up in Langenhagen, then almost 4 years in the Weserbergland, Stadtoldendorf.

- 1978 – 1984 Studied electrical engineering at the Hanover University of Applied Sciences
- 1984 – 2021 worked as a qualified engineer at a Hanover mechanical engineering company and lived in Hanover Bemerode, right at the “foot of the Kronsberg”.
